9点45分
终于hybernate电脑准备回家
这个时间Federal highway竟然还可以塞车
有够balia的。。。。。。。
一路塞车发呆到jln klang lama
一路小心翼翼在闪大洞
不然iphone和新车只会离我越来越遥远。。。

突然脑中闪过一个念头
“我想喝雪花冰！”
马上驾车弯过去kuchai lama买两碗回家
雪花冰生意有够好
人是多到整个店快爆出来
大家好像不是在聊天，而是在喊。。。
一个人坐在角落等到UFO闪动
跟这一大片喧嚣
形成强烈对比
穿着工作套装的也只有我一个
看着正在忙着装配的员工机械式的手势
多好啊~
弄完一碗雪花冰也不就耗时20秒钟
怎样都胜过9个月还做不完的project

看着吵闹的人群
心里
是怎样也快乐不起来。。。。

养车难~

看看战车的milleage
是时侯要service了
因为近年都是去跑步朋友开的workshop service
上次service的时侯他已经提过
这次service要换timing belt大概RM300+/-

So,我昨天msn他后
他说他今天来我公司跟我换车
再驾回去他的workshop弄
（（他的workshop在我公司附近））
因为要弄timing belt会挺久
所以就换了车
我驾他的getz是驾到心脏病。。。
可能我比较少驾other den kenari的车。。。

结果半小时后他sms我
跟我说我的轮胎rim扁了轮胎变了型
kenari很常出现的问题
因为车胎比较薄，马来西亚的路大洞又多。。。
所以我就麻烦他顺便该换的就换吧。。。。

后来6点多我溜出去他的workshop
换timing belt, wiper blade, repair rim, 1 new tyre, oil filter, engine oil etc
本来准备了500块完全不够。。。。
bill一来整RM700
还好是朋友帮我弄他没有收我workmanship
如果在外面可能要900+吧我想。。。。

听人家唱衰蛮牛

上一篇说到“革命尚未成功”
蛮牛的last day是21/4
人家现在已经把全部东西推到干干净净
洗手洗到皮破掉

我们的software development应该21/4就完成
但是因为之前客户又加太多新东西
蛮牛说不可以当作change request后
必须吸收在21/4 timeline内
整个team是做到想集体跳楼自杀
因为迫在眉梢
firefly放了3个PM进来做rescue

很好笑的鲁
去年8月事情不对劲的时侯
我已经提出来了
他们觉得我blow empty whistle
现在才问我:"why u didn't tell us earlier?"
噢拜托！

这两天那3个PM中的两个
因为我们都工作到8，9点
他们就会聚在我的位子“闲话家常”
话题多数是他们数落蛮牛这8个月到底是在干什么
或者是他的handover有多空洞
他们最常问我的一句话："louis, tell me how u survive the past 8 mths?"
今天我就问他们
其实我的job scope到底是什么
为什么我好像什么都在做
meet client, do demo, do PR with client, do testing, do report layout cleaning， design UI, prepare sample
我想如果我会C# coding可能我也在写code了吧。。。。
PM们说他们了解了情况后才明白做么我每天都做到酱夜
然后他们又开始数落蛮牛。。。
哎~

话说某天蛮牛照常把他的工作推给我做
我真的忍无可忍
跟他argue了一轮后
我进去firefly的房间打扰他半个小时
close door conversation
我跟firefly说:"It's the boiling point, I'm thinking to be mean and do a 24hrs resignation notice"
Firefly:"wat happened?"
我说了我对于这个project发展至今大概8个月的感慨
总结我只留下一句话:"maybe u can think of, how the project will look like if i do a 24hrs notice, think if my PM can take over my role EASILY and understand head to tail of this concept."

那个是firefly的panic button,对，我狠狠给他按下去

结果他竟然说:"louis, you have to understand, 蛮牛was with a very good team previously so we don't know he's so....bad"

我:"so u're saying my team is not a good team? team that keep quiet and swallow all the sadness and let him take all the credit is the good team?"

他:"no, what i mean is, if i giv 蛮牛a ferrari, ofcoz he can drive smooth and fast"

我:"so the previous team he had, did anyone complaint to u like we do?"

他:"no, the complaint never reach me" <---我听他在放屁

我:"nvm, i dun care abt the previous, but im very sure, the complaint reached u, today"

然后我走出去后，firefly把蛮牛叫进去他房间，再来一个close door conversation
然后蛮牛走出来跟我道歉
蛮牛:"louis im sorry, can we talk?"

我："if we have sth meaningful to talk, i'll talk to u, but i dun think there's anything meaningful to talk between us, so i think better we don't talk. and don't worry, i'll resign and u can start to plan how to take over my job now. by the way, this is the 4th time u apologize to me, and what have improved?"

他默默的又走回firefly的房间。

隔天，跟client concall demo, 我故意不要进去，特地要给他血压高。
结果concall到一半，在jb的client打电话给我:"louis, please come and join our concall, please save us!"
后来我进去了解情况，10分钟就解决了那件事。。。。。。。。

demo过了一天就听说他辞职了。
