我今天是Admin二号

最近我的老板很喜欢把我当他的PA用
((注:PA--Personal Assistant))
有天他传了一个email给我
说他不能去参加某个internal的training
所以他要我帮他拿一份资料,没资料就帮他做笔记...
还好还好,那个slides会upload上我们的file server

今天早上7点半我的电话有sms
通常这样的时候来的sms不是有工作就是有人MC
是Amanda,她发高烧MC了
所以一早到公司,我就是Admin二号
要负责接听Amanda的专线,和接听没在座位/公司的同事的专线
我整天下来听了大概20多通电话,
没有一通是我自己的.....
然后差点挂断了一个客户的电话...哈哈哈
因为我明明要把line transfer给HT,明明就按对了号码
可是那个transfer call却不成功
还好后来那个客户又打来我的line
HT:"(走过来)nvm, i use ur phone"
我坐在Megat的位子他坐在我的位子讲电话
还顺便[游览]了我outlook的monthly calendar行程...哈哈哈

今天有一个capital consulting department主办的
Get-together Departmental Lunch Gathering
我们也有去参加
以为可以认识很多我之前不认识的同事
结果就如Adrian之前告诉我的
Adrian:"wat lar, u'll still stick to the group dat u already know"
后来也不就是我们ITA的坐一桌.....=_=
不过还是有认识到人啦,
因为他们看见我的时候会问HT
同事们:"HT, y i din see this girl b4?new comer?"
我明明就加入快四个月了....
HT:"this is Louis, from our ITA department"
午餐的食物不错吃,只是太辣了点
我吃到一半的时候
Adrian:"hahahaha,louis ur face are sooo red"
HT:"hahaha,yah,y?very spicy arr?"
Louis:"(苦笑)en,abit"
然后有一锅bubur chacha,which was highly recommended by my big boss Mr Lim
大家都拿了一碗,我正要去拿的时候看见HT还没拿到
Louis:"HT,u wan any bubur chacha?"
HT:"(把我当他的PA降)u taste it first den tell me if it's sweet"
Louis:"([你这样不是叫我要走两次]的表情)......."
Fabian:"(喝了一口)hmm,not realy very sweet lar,i think is ok"
HT:"ok lor den help me to take one thanks"
拿了回去过后我喝了一口,然后笑了出来
Louis:"i think it's too sweet for u"
HT:"(皱眉头装无辜,喝了一口然后把汤搅来搅去)....."
Gordon:"there's nth [too sweet]"
Adrian:"(帮他接下去整个句子)for u"
因为Gordon吃东西很甜很甜很甜的.....
整场对话里面最好笑的事情
就是我们在讨论电影
然后不知道是谁就说那些印度戏都没有在进步
Adrian:"but u know wat,the most i enjoyed laughing is the fighting scene"
Louis:"yahyahyah!i wonder y every punch have the same sound"
xxx:"y they like to dance behind the coconut tree?"
Louis:"hahahaha,maybe dat's the tradition"
HT:"the coconut tree is the best supporting actor"
ALL:"hahahah,nice one!"
最佳配角.....亏你想得出来.....

超爆笑的一件事发生在今天的傍晚5点
Megat匆忙要出去meet client
Megat:"(给了我一份文件)louis, can u help me to pass this to Drummond?"
Louis:yes,no problem"
Drummond是我们ITA的确angmo Director来的
还没机会跟他说过话,有点小紧张
敲了门进去Jimmy也在里面
Drummond接过那份文件过后
Drummond:"(翻了翻那文件)well, my Bahasa Malaysia isnt dat good..."
Louis:"hmm?it's in BM?"
Jimmy:"yah it's in BM"
Drummond:"maybe u can juz giv it to Megat and tell him just to file it"
Jimmy:"Louis, maybe u can juz do some translation for those important points etc"
走出房间.....心里的OS就是:靠,我是做么会那么倒霉要翻译马来文去英文????
一路皱眉头到我的座位,隔壁的好邻居Megat已经出去了....
HT:"wat happened?"
我跟HT说了整件事过后
HT:"maybe u should giv Megat a call b4 u do the translation"
Louis:"hmmm,yah"
然后我就快快去打电话给Megat
Louis:"Megat, juz now the document you wan me to pass to Drummon"
Megat:"yah y?"
Louis:"it's in BM"
Megat:"ah!!hahahahaha yah...i forgot about this matter...hahahah"
Louis:"so u need me to translate it for Drummond or wat should i do?"
Megat:"no no, juz leave it on my desk"
Louis:"just leave it on ur desk?"
Megat:"and dun let anyone to read it, it's quite P&C"
Louis:"okok,i'll seal it in an envelope"
哈哈哈哈哈哈,逃过一劫!
HT:"wat did Megat said?"
Louis:"he said it's quite P&C, juz leave in on his desk"
HT:"U're lucky to make a call first,hahahah"
然后过了一段时间HT走过来敲我的桌面
HT:"U,come with me"
Louis:"(疑惑)?"
跟他跟到电梯前但是不知道他倒底要做么
HT:"yesterday i wasnt in the office, did Jimmy ask u to do anything?"
Louis:"nope,he din"
HT:"ok good, remember wat i've told u, Jimmy is tendered already"
Louis:"yah"
HT:"so next time if he wans u to do anything, u juz tell him u hav to ask HT first, understand?"
Louis:"ok"
HT:"hmm,next time anyone who ask u to do things, juz tell them to refer to me"
Louis:"ok"
HT:"en good,u can go back now"
很神秘的hor...?我也觉得很神秘

最后让我接电话接到手软的人是fabian
他在放工前20分钟去了一趟HR
结果找他的电话不停的来....
Louis:"(看住HT)where is Fabian arr?"
HT:"(笑)y u miss him arr?"
Louis:"no,there're calls waiting for him to return.."
才刚说完就又一个call找他...哈哈哈
