新同事

今天一早跟Fabian聊天
我问他关于Bond的事情
他说,在BDO不是每个financial auditor都会签bond
签的那些表示公司会支付他们的course的考试费
听了有点小高兴
然后HT来了,我想告诉他星期五发生的事情
Louis:"HT, can i talk to u for a while?"
HT:"(很紧张的快点拉megat的椅子坐在我旁边)sure"
Louis:"last friday u're on leave, Mr Lim talk to me"
HT:" wat he said to u?"
Louis:"he wants me to signed a 3 yrs bond with the company"
HT:"wat course u're taking?"
Louis:"CPA"
HT:"like dat u hav to read the agreement carefully, like those study leave, exam leave, how much they'll pay for the fees etc."
Louis:"(点头)and Mr Lim mentioned he wan to send me to a training."
HT:"wat training?"
Louis:"SAP"
HT:"hmm?SAP?"
我就把那天的情形说给HT听
HT:"ic, but the point is, do u want to go to the training?I mean if u're not ready for such training, no point we do it now and make urself so stress right?"
Louis:"I'm not sure but i dont think im ready at this stage"
HT:"wat module it is?"
Louis:"not the ERP system, it's more toward budgeting and planning"
HT:"nvm i'll talk to the boss."
然后傍晚的时候
megat告诉我,那个training not on 了
不知道该高兴还是不高兴好...哈哈哈!
不过呢,我觉得这种机会常常有的,
因为我才加入没几个月就差点被点进去两次了
现在要做的就是快快学多多东西
那下一次机会来的时候
我就可以很有自信的告诉老板谢谢你给的机会我会珍惜
然后欣然的接受
不过我知道不是现在
不是有句话说:没那么大的头,别戴那么大的帽子吗?
我是一个很务实的人呢~~~~

今天有两个新同事加入了~~~~
公司有个很可爱的culture就是新加入的同事要去环绕公司一圈,
然后跟大家握手
他们第一轮握手发生在13楼,financial audit那楼
那么巧我那时在13楼,
因为financial auditor michelle把要pass给我们的文件放在她桌上,要我去找找看
突然HR Manager Angela说
Angela:"Louis, come meet the new colleagues"
我转过头,哇吓了一跳,那么多人的?
握了一圈手,最后一个握的是我的新同事印度男生navein
Angela:"louis this is navein, from ITA"
Louis:"oh navein welcome, i'm from ITA actually,hahahah"
结果还是找不到我要的东西
打了电话给Michelle结果原来那文件在她那边
而她在client那边....哈哈哈~~~
回到14楼继续做手边的东西
突然那群新同事环游一周来到14楼了
那群人看见我的表情是:咦我们不是在楼下见过这女生了吗?
不错不错,见了那么多人还认得我的样子,真是有够细心
还有一个女生说:"oh Louis u actually sit here"
她竟然还叫得出我的名字...天啊,我要红了吗?哈哈~~~
两个新同事都跟我一样是exec,
但是他们坐在靠近Amanda离我们有点小远的另一快版图
因为我们这块版图的两个空位要留给之后加入的AD & Manager level以上的人
所以我会是这快版图内唯一的exec吗?
不过我有跟HT说,如果以后位子不够了可以让我搬家的,im ok with dat
他只是很欣慰的笑了笑

中午整个dept一起吃午餐
fabian出去IOI跟client开会了没加入
还有anti social的CM也没加入
吃完午餐后我付完钱走出去
HT:"ei louis, how's the new girl Adeline?"
Louis:"she's nice, quite shy talk quite soft"
HT:"(故意在讽刺我)as if u're not shy the first day u join ohhh..."
Louis:"but im only in the dept for about 10minutes den i go out to client place with CM d ler.."
HT:"oh true oso...hahahah. ei talk more to ppl ok?(指new girl Adeline,因为这女生是他interview的)"
Louis:"en i will i will"
HT:"wat r u goin to do during afternoon?"
Louis:"oh im goin to client place, for some follow up on pending documents"
HT:"how do u get there?fabian is not around today"
Louis:"taking monorail lor, but have to do a 10 minutes walk after dat lar"
HT:"den u bring adeline along lar, since she has nth to do in the office"
Louis:"but have to walk one wor..."
HT:"(奸笑)nvm lar u bring her along and let her observe, like wat u did for the first client"
Louis:"ok"
HT:"show her some work program but dont need to give her a copy of dat"
Louis:"ok"
HT:"explain abit how things work and show her some documents lar"
Louis:"ok"
HT:"(不能够控制自己还是要酸我一下)but dont show her the wrong documents k?hahahah"
Louis:"(瞪了他一眼)..."
所以我就带着可爱的Adeline出去了
一路上跟她说了很多话
她的声音有明显变得比较大声一点,而且话也多了一点
我完全明白她的心情,因为我第一天加入的时候也很安静
所以我把之前我有的疑问都解释给她听
回到我们office还借了她我的书,点了几个有用的章节给她看
让她至少不会没事做而且也可以让她有点概念
hmmm,可能我是一个很好的同事来的~
