嘿~今天也有醒来哦~~~
虽然是看似快下雨的天气有点煞风景
但是还是去跑步了
他们说阴天对跑步呼吸有阻碍
确实如此,但是今天却跑比昨天久
刚开始跑会很吃力很想:"啊不然我散步就好了"
但是只要你能持续跑大概10分钟
呼吸和脚步还有MP3都协调过后
就会觉得轻松很多
赞赞赞~~~
我去论坛报告我的晨运日记过后
runner Humor说他今天也打算6点去晨跑
但是却严重醒不来,差点上班都迟到...哈哈偷笑
结果他要我明天给他一个6点的morning call....
怎么我最近当那么多人的P.A啊...??

工作.....
YS表姐,那个org chart之所以占那么多时间
因为整个Group的structure是还没有form的
整个东西是我们从"没有东西讨论到有65张power point slides"
然后那个ABC又一直不停的改来改去
所以就拖了那么长的时间........
昨天G仔说今天早上他会回公司一趟
提醒我说今天要sign-off org chart
ABC这几天一到公司不是去他的办公室
而是来我们那边谈org chart的事
其实这样是减轻我的工作
因为我不必一直跑去看他来了没有
或者在他办公室外面埋伏
Louis:"G wants me to remind u, the org chart has to be signed-off by today"
ABC:"no, tomorrow"
Louis:"today"
ABC:"no, tomorrow"
后来我才记起那天send email给ABC时确实是放16号星期三....
然后他又叫我去他的办公室
ABC:"ok Louis, do me a favour"
Louis:"en"
ABC:"I ve been working the whole night for the org chart, will send u the latest copy after i ve discuss with the directors"
Louis:"ok(点头,看得见他的黑眼圈)"
ABC:"later I need you to do some links for me"
Louis:"no problem"
ABC:"I want it when i click on this department, it'll link to the drill-down chart"
Louis:"so do u want to link to the description too?"
ABC:"(笑)Hey, I couldnt believe dat u're asking for more works to do,hahhaa!"
Louis:"dat's my responsibility, dat's my job"
ABC:"ok maybe u can take shalini to help u out"
Louis:"dun worry I can do it by myself, so u'll send me the latest copy right?"
ABC:"yes the greatest and latest"
然后我就去跟G仔报告via msn
Louis:"Hey guess wat, he said the sign off should be tomolow"
G:"y?"
Louis:"coz the email v sent him stated 16 july"
G:"oh yah..."
Louis:"And he din ask where u r today,hahaha"
G:"yeah I ve sms him, dat's y"
Louis:"....."
因为ABC说他email我,所以我今天没有去找他
只是在我的座位陪G仔一起拼命画biz flow charts
ABC走进又走出跟每个大头讨论东西
然后他走去找Admin PL
ABC:"PL, help us to check and book for room, redbox"
PL:"redbox?"
ABC:"yeah i know u ppl love to sing K"
PL:"when?"
ABC:"becoz the org chart is comin out, so i want to gather all of the team members, this friday, for...maybe 35 ppl?"
PL:"u shouldnt ask me to do the booking, should ask the young boys and gals"
我知道他们说young boys and gals的时候看住我
但是我完全没有管他们,因为这种事情好像不是我的责任...
扣除马来同胞,扣除那些有家庭的,35人应该OK吧.....
这公司的老板对下属真的还不错说
买一台咖啡机还买很贵的咖啡豆
不停的补充茶水间的干粮
偶尔带整班下属吃午餐
我觉得这样还挺有人性的啦..
昨天咖啡机耍脾气坏掉了
G仔很爱喝咖啡的,所以他从昨天到今天
问了我两次:"the coffee machine not working yet?"
Louis:"it's working now"
G:"oh cool!now i drink nescafe cant satisfied adi, abit spoiled,hahahah"
不过到今天7点,ABC都还没有finalised那个org chart..
因为他一整天跑来跑去跟大头讨论
还有VIP来他们公司开会...
我明天有排挨了....要带点干粮去吃........

附加:
我觉得G仔有时很可爱的
他最近坐在我隔壁,我常常会听见他在那边碎碎念的
有一次他用microsoft visio在画flow chart
突然
G:"Gosh!(把椅子退后再向前)shit"
Louis:"wat happened?"
G:"my visio corrupted, all I ve been doing for the past hours have gone"
Louis:"....."
G:"damn!wanted to save it and heng"
另一次我从ABC的办公室偷跑出去看G仔有没有需要我帮忙的地方
但是远远就看见他眉头深锁一脸压力样
Louis:"how's thing going?"
G:"I think my visio got some problem again,cant type"
过去他后面看到底发生什么事
然后我发现他好像不小心按到Shift+Alt
把英文输入弄成中文输入了....所以他打不到英文字
又因为他不会写中文的,所以他完全没发现他现在其实处于一种"中文输入"的状态...
Louis:"(按shift+alt)ok try this"
G:"(突然打得到英文了)hey how u do tat?"
Louis:"u accidentally pressed the shift+alt, it change to chinese input, dat's y u cant type english"
G:"(恍然大悟)oh.......hahahha,thanks"
